Gabon advocates for climate financing overhaul at New York summit

During the High-Level Political Forum in New York, the Permanent Mission of the African Union hosted the unveiling of a joint OECD-OIF/IFDD report on green financing access. Addressing an international audience, Louise Pierrette Mvono, Gabon’s Minister of Planning and Prospective, called for a fundamental overhaul of global aid distribution channels to better serve climate goals.
