Aldiouma Sow exposes Ousmane Sonko’s ‘true face’ and betrayal

Speaking on TFM’s “Infos Matin,” Aldiouma Sow, a minister-counselor to the President of the Republic and coordinator for political affairs, civil society, and unions within the Presidential Cabinet, delivered a scathing critique of Ousmane Sonko.

Addressing persistent criticisms leveled against the Prime Minister, Sow outlined a stark distinction in the history of Pastef. “Initially, when the opposition directed accusations at Ousmane Sonko, we believed it was merely their tactic to undermine his political struggle,” Sow explained. “However, upon assuming power, we came to realize the undeniable truth behind those accusations. Ousmane Sonko has betrayed us. He skillfully concealed his authentic self from us.”

When questioned about Fifi Diakhaté’s removal from MONCAP, Aldiouma Sow asserted that certain individuals consistently demonstrate a disregard for established norms and organizational structures throughout their political careers. He further elaborated, “Presently, the party’s leadership finds itself held captive by a small, messianic faction of two or three individuals, who are steering the party in directions that ultimately undermine its core interests.”
