His Majesty the King has taken a pivotal step in reinforcing the country’s judicial framework by appointing two new members to the Superior Council of the Judiciary. Among these appointments, Mohamed Abdennabaoui has been reappointed as First President of the Court of Cassation and, in this capacity, as Deputy President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary. Additionally, Latifa El Harradji and Nadir El Moumni have been named as the newest additions to this key institution.
In a further demonstration of His Majesty’s commitment to judicial excellence, Farid El Bacha has been appointed to the Council, while Mohamed Zouak and Mohamed Ennasser have been granted a second term, all in accordance with constitutional provisions that empower the King to make such nominations.
During a solemn ceremony, the newly appointed members took their oath of office before His Majesty the King, reaffirming their dedication to upholding justice and the rule of law.
