Expected to be highly active this summer, PSG have just made their first major move official. Portuguese striker Gonçalo Ramos leaves the capital club after three seasons. He has now signed with AC Milan until 2031.

Gonçalo Ramos joins AC Milan officially
Through an official statement, PSG confirmed the transfer: “After three seasons at Paris Saint-Germain and no fewer than 12 trophies won, including two consecutive Champions League titles, Gonçalo Ramos joins AC Milan on a permanent transfer.” Shortly after, the Italian club confirmed the deal, specifying the length of Ramos’s contract: “AC Milan today announces the signing of Gonçalo Matias Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain FC. The Portuguese forward has signed a contract with the club until June 30, 2031.”
One of PSG’s biggest sales ever
The transfer fee has not been disclosed, but transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that AC Milan will pay €74M, with bonuses potentially raising the overall price to €80M. This makes it the most expensive signing in Rossoneri history, and also the second-largest sale from PSG. The €90M paid by Al-Hilal for Neymar in 2023 remains the Parisian club’s record, but Gonçalo Ramos now ranks just behind that, surpassing Manuel Ugarte and Xavi Simons, both sold for €50M to Manchester United and Tottenham respectively. PSG’s summer is officially underway!
