The strategy focuses on strengthening human capital, enhancing social protection, adapting to climate change, and improving education through initiatives like Unlock Literacy, which aims to build foundational reading skills in early childhood.

Ngoy Wangoy also underscored the pressing challenges Chad faces, including persistent poverty, malnutrition, recurring humanitarian crises, and climate change impacts. With nearly 42% of the population living below the poverty line, the need for intensified action in favor of the most vulnerable has never been more urgent.
