A high-level evaluation workshop held on June 24, 2026, in Kribi has confirmed that Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.) is fully prepared for its upcoming stock market debut.
The session brought together key decision-makers, including members of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, alongside representatives from the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières d’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC) and various brokerage firms assisting the airport manager in its financial transition. Directors and sub-directors of ADC S.A. also participated in this crucial restitution meeting.
During the proceedings, Patrick Mbarga, the Head of the Management Control Division, provided a detailed breakdown of the stock market entry strategy. The assessment was further scrutinized by experts from Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB Emerald Securities Services Bourse S.A., who reviewed the current state of progress.
The review concluded with a positive assessment from the Director General of the BVMAC. Expressing his satisfaction with the company’s trajectory, he officially validated that ADC S.A. has met the necessary benchmarks and is now positioned for a high-tier “premium class” debut on the regional exchange.
