The Head of State of Cameroon, Paul Biya, has dispatched a formal message of congratulations to his counterpart in the Republic of Madagascar on the occasion of the nation’s independence anniversary.
In a gesture of diplomatic solidarity, the Cameroonian leader conveyed his best wishes for harmony and growth to the citizens of Madagascar.
“Mr. President and dear brother, it gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest and most sincere congratulations to you as your country celebrates its National Day this June 26. I join these sentiments with my wishes for peace and prosperity for the Malagasy people,” wrote President Paul Biya.
