Paris Saint-Germain’s transfer window could be picking up pace in the coming days. Randal Kolo Muani’s move to Juventus appears to be progressing well, with football insider Fabrizio Romano suggesting a deal between the player and the Turin club could be finalised very soon.
Back at PSG after an underwhelming loan spell at Tottenham, Randal Kolo Muani is not in Luis Enrique‘s plans. Consequently, a transfer is expected, and Juventus has once again emerged as the hottest prospect for the French striker, who enjoyed a solid six-month stint with the Bianconeri. According to Fabrizio Romano, things should accelerate in the next few hours.
Momentum building for Kolo Muani
“We all remember that last summer, Juve courted him a bit and then backed off. Randal Kolo Muani couldn’t reach an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain; the player was disappointed, left hastily for Tottenham, and things didn’t go as planned. But today, it’s a different Juve, the Juve of Carnevali, the relationship is excellent, Kolo Muani is fully open, and the agreement with the player is close to being finalised,” Romano shared on his Italian YouTube channel before continuing.
“I think it’s just a matter of days”
“I believe it’s only a matter of days before we can say: ‘OK, in terms of numbers and salary, everything is ready,’ but Kolo Muani has set his course toward Juventus. Now the clubs need to coordinate, and that’s where the game will be played. Juventus is firmly in the race for Kolo Muani, and in the current order of priorities for the Bianconeri under Giovanni Carnevali, Randal Kolo Muani probably sits a little higher than Alexander Sorloth,” added Fabrizio Romano.
