Monaco have reached a €5 million agreement with their feeder club, Cercle Bruges, for the transfer of 22-year-old Portuguese left-back Nazinho. The player remains subject to a medical examination before the deal is officially confirmed.
AS Monaco’s defensive reinforcements continue apace as the club from the French Riviera has secured an accord with Belgian side Cercle Bruges for the acquisition of young Portuguese defender Nazinho. The 22-year-old left-back, who has been on loan at Cercle Bruges from Monaco, will now make the permanent switch to the Ligue 1 outfit pending a successful medical examination.
The transfer fee has been settled at €5 million, marking Monaco’s latest investment in developing talent through their satellite partnerships. Cercle Bruges, serving as Monaco’s Belgian feeder club, has facilitated the development of several young players who have subsequently made the grade at the higher level.
