Nazinho set for monaco move after bruges deal agreed

AS Monaco finalizes deal for Cercle Bruges left-back Nazinho

Monaco have reached a €5 million agreement with their feeder club, Cercle Bruges, for the transfer of 22-year-old Portuguese left-back Nazinho. The player remains subject to a medical examination before the deal is officially confirmed.

AS Monaco’s defensive reinforcements continue apace as the club from the French Riviera has secured an accord with Belgian side Cercle Bruges for the acquisition of young Portuguese defender Nazinho. The 22-year-old left-back, who has been on loan at Cercle Bruges from Monaco, will now make the permanent switch to the Ligue 1 outfit pending a successful medical examination.

The transfer fee has been settled at €5 million, marking Monaco’s latest investment in developing talent through their satellite partnerships. Cercle Bruges, serving as Monaco’s Belgian feeder club, has facilitated the development of several young players who have subsequently made the grade at the higher level.

Nazinho’s arrival adds depth to Monaco’s defensive options as they prepare for the challenges of the upcoming Ligue 1 season. The Portuguese international has shown promising form during his time in Belgium and is expected to compete for a starting position under the club’s management.
