Addressing the gathering, Adrien Nguema Mba, Minister of the Interior, Security, and Decentralization, underscored the urgent need for real-time intelligence sharing and joint data collection to combat evolving transnational threats. Joined by General Serge Hervé Ngoma, Chief of the National Police Forces, he emphasized that organized crime, terrorism, and cross-border criminal networks demand collective action.
